Security Service Technician

Tasks:

• Commission large commercial and integrated CCTV and access control systems
• Apply your troubleshooting and problems solving skills on a regular basis
• Participate in R&D and implementation of new products and services
• Undertake special projects or assignments based on customer requirements including design and assigning resources
• Participate in training Service Technician on new technology
• Perform service and installations as required
• Inform and educate customers on new life safety solutions available
• Be a customer advocate, by ensuring that the products and services we deliver meet their needs

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED. Relevant post-secondary education/certification is an asset.

• 3 to 5 years experience in networking and system integration
• BC TQ an asset
• FSR an asset
• Customer and solution focused and driven
• Excellent Communication and people relating skills
• Great problem-solving skills
• Professionalism
• Flexible
• Valid Driver's License
• No Criminal History
